This is Sian Bennett and she’s an amazing human. She is a mumma, nurse, coach and competes in fitness contests. I met her when she was a bridesmaid for lovely Tayla’s wedding . Not only is she a great model, but she’s willing to go into water at dawn in the middle of a cold snap with me for a shoot because she is proof that a powerful mind can achieve a lot. It was only degrees C, no lie! I also went in the water, but didn’t dip myself under and between you and I we have wildly different body fat percentages. Anyway we had so much fun and the images were fire so hopefully we shoot together again soon.
